Iride was officially founded in 2013 when the company Tessilbiella took partial control of it and then continued in 2022 with the total acquisition becoming sole shareholder.
Tessilbiella is a textile company from Biella, located in Vigliano Biellese, specialized in shuttle fabrics in wool and other fibers; founded in 1958 by Adriano Crosa, and now managed by his son Paolo, together with the sisters Elena and Federica, Tessilbiella is aimed at the luxury market.
Linda, Paolo’s daughter and the third generation representative of the family , has recently joined the company.
The current General Manager of Iride, Adolfo Marchetti, has been working with the company since well before 2013 and recently Rossano Navarra joined him.
Today Iride has a team of almost fifty people, who are the real engine of the company, not just the hands that work its products. In recent years, the company has set the staff specialization as a priority, with the aim of getting a group of people stimulated not only in their daily work, but also in their internal professional growth.
