Over the years, the <strong>dyeing<\/strong> department, where all items are <strong>treated in rope<\/strong>, has also been expanded and improved. <strong>Iride<\/strong> offers several treatments including <strong>preparation<\/strong>, <strong>washing<\/strong>, <strong>punching<\/strong>, <strong>washed linen <\/strong>and <strong>foulard treatments<\/strong> such as <strong>water-repellent<\/strong>, <strong>hardening hand<\/strong>, <strong>super-black<\/strong> and many others; it ennobles fabrics with <strong>classic and vintage hands<\/strong> thanks to <strong>Enairgy drying<\/strong>. Finally, there is an internal <strong>brushing<\/strong> department. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1195-2\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-1195-2-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1195-2-0-0\" class=\"widget_text so-panel widget widget_custom_html panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"3\" ><div class=\"textwidget custom-html-widget\"><div class=\"section-wrapper\">\n\t<p class=\"section-text\">In order to be always at the <strong>forefront<\/strong>, <strong>Iride<\/strong> has continued to invest in new and <strong>innovative machinery<\/strong>. Regarding the wet <strong>finishing department<\/strong>, in January 2018 a <strong>new machine<\/strong> for a cold <strong>impregnation system<\/strong> dedicated to <strong>cotton<\/strong>, <strong>linen<\/strong>, <strong>viscose<\/strong>, etc. with the possibility of making <strong>soda treatment<\/strong> was tested. In 2023, a new generation <strong>continuous washing<\/strong> system was purchased which <strong>reduces<\/strong> water and <strong>energy consumption<\/strong>. As for the <strong>dry finishing<\/strong>, in recent years the <strong>KD<\/strong>, the <strong>continuous decatizer<\/strong> and the <strong>vaporize<\/strong> have been replaced with just as many of <strong>new generations<\/strong> signed <strong>Biella Shrunk Process<\/strong> to improve <strong>quality and production capacity<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id='gallery-2' class='gallery The <strong>laboratory<\/strong> develops <strong>lab dips<\/strong>, performs first tests on <strong>textiles<\/strong> and, above all, prepares <strong>colour recipes<\/strong>. Finally, in addition to a first check carried out in the dedicated area on the ground floor, on the first floor is located a local unit of the company<strong> TessilControll System<\/strong>,
